An assured periodic (monthly) tenancy for residential lettings in England under the Renters' Rights Act 2025. No fixed term and no section 21: the tenancy runs monthly until the tenant ends it on two months' notice or the landlord obtains possession on a statutory ground under section 8. Covers rent, deposit protection with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 cap, bills, pets (statutory right to request), repairs, Right to Rent, prescribed information and documents, guarantor, and joint & several liability for multiple tenants.
